Great onboarding starts before day one
A pre-joining portal, a checklist for IT and admin, and a buddy - the three things that make the first week work.

New joiners decide how they feel about a company in the first week. Most of that week is lost to paperwork that could have been done earlier.
- Send a pre-joining form so PAN, bank details and documents arrive before day one.
- Give IT and admin their tasks automatically - laptop, email, access card.
- Assign a buddy and set 30-60-90 day goals on the first morning.
