Terms of service

Last updated: 1 September 2026. These terms govern use of Kreattle HR, provided by Kreattle Core Private Limited.

1. The service

Kreattle provides cloud software for HR, attendance, leave, payroll and related processes. Features available depend on your plan.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for the actions of users you invite, and for reviewing payroll and statutory outputs before relying on them. Statutory rates are provided in good faith; have them verified by a qualified professional.

3. Fees

Fees are charged per the plan you select, plus applicable GST. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy, and you can export it at any time.

5. Availability

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance, and publish status at /status.

6. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where law does not allow such a limit.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having exclusive jurisdiction.
